Job Description

You will play a key role in developing a next-generation vision-assisted surgical software platform in multidisciplinary environment using advanced technologies and Computer Vision algorithms. Seeking a team-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, fueled by creativity, innovation, and persistence.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in algorithms and image processing, and will take full ownership of designing, optimizing, validating, and integrating Vision, Deep Learning, and AI solutions using medical imaging and sensory data.

• Collaborate across teams to deliver and end-to-end solution; to design and implement deep learning models to detect and classify scenes, actions, and human-object interactions
• Experiment with architectures like CNNs, RNNs, transformers, and hybrid models for video tasks
• Work with multimodal models that combine video data with other sensor inputs
• Contribute to team workflows, tools, and best practices; share and receive constructive feedback
• Translate algorithmic requirements into practical, usable solutions
• Apply existing research and literature to develop high-performing models
• Manage and process large datasets into meaningful insights
• Evaluate model performance using benchmarks and improve as needed
