Overview:
Reputable and technically strong contractor seeking an experienced Design & Build Specialist to oversee full project lifecycle from design to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review specifications, drawings, and technical clarifications.
• Manage scheduling, material requisition, cost control, supervision, and documentation.
• Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, and M&E teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure smooth project progress, QA/QC compliance, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Prepare progress, handover, and other project reports.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering (PEB-recognized).
