Work Location: Caldecott

Work Hours: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon-Thu), 8.30am - 5.30pm (Fri)

Responsibilities:

i.\tProvide Level 1 support to IT system users, including clarifying inquiries, escalating complex issues to subject matter experts, and ensuring the tracking and closure of all queries.
ii.\tAssist in User Account Management by guiding users through the processes of creating, modifying, and deleting user access.
iii.\tFacilitate the User Account Review (UAR) process by ensuring reviews are conducted in a timely manner.
iv.\tConduct onboarding sessions for new division representatives on the use of ComLink systems.
v.\tPerform administrative duties, including the maintenance and updating of data records.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other relevant disciplines.
• Open to consider Entry Level applicants
• Immediate Starters are preferred
