The professional services shall minimally consist of:

• Project Management
• Requirements Gathering and prototyping
• Technical / Application Architecture Design
• Technical specifications
• Support the setup and configuration of SUSS OutSystems cloud platform
• User Experience (UX) / User Interface (UI) Design
• Application Programming Interface (API) Design, Data Design
• Software customisation/configuration
• Code development, Unit Testing
• Integration and System Integration Testing (SIT)
• Support System Performance Testing
• Support Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Test
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Data migration
• Go-live Implementation
• Project documentation, Training, Knowledge transfer, Warranty support

Requirements

• Must have 5 years of relevant working experience
• Must possess a bachelor's Degee in information technology
