Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales technical services, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and installation of the company's home kitchen products at customer locations island-wide.
- Maintain adequate stock of maintenance parts in the assigned service vehicle.
- Conduct basic user training for customers on product usage and care.
- Prepare service reports and explain them clearly to customers.
- Represent the company professionally as a frontline service representative.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve service matters.
- Follow up promptly on outstanding service issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper documentation.
Requirements:
- Class 3 license will be preferred
- Candidate with experience in Gas water heater or with Gas Service Worker License (LGSW) will have added advantage
- Entry level are welcome to apply as training will be provided
