Engineering- Location: Willingness to travel between Tampines and Woodland
- Working Hours: 5 days per week (Mon to Fri: 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
- Willing to commit to extended hours and shift work during peak periods
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the overall project planning and execution
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to ensure design and construction align with project specifications and regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions
- Monitor work progress on-site, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Track project schedules and coordinate timely delivery of materials and manpower
- Participate in site meetings, inspections, and resolve technical/site issues promptly
- Ensure documentation is updated and maintained for inspections, testing, and audits
- Liaise with QA/QC and Safety departments to ensure all works comply with required standards
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in construction projects, preferably in semiconductor/industrial/commercial building sectors.
- Familiar with project planning tools and construction drawings
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication, reading, and writing skills in both English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese associate
- Candidates with strong experience will be considered for a higher-level position, with salary adjusted accordingly
