• Engineer should have minimum two years of relevant sheet metal fabrication experience

• Knowledge in GD&T, welding Symbols, Fluency in mechanical drawings

• Required to review the drawings and select the process sequence for the fabrication process

• Prepare the BOM for the fabrication parts

• Knowledge in the Fasteners installation process to decide the process sequence

• Flexible to work with operators and Technicians

• Knowledge in TIG welding and MIG welding

• Knowledge in AWS/ASME/ISO welding standards

• Knowledge in sheet metal bending and welding process

• Prepare the Process control Plan and FMEA

• Knowledge Failure analysis

• Certified in Solidworks / AutoCAD

• Knowledge in FMEA (Design & Process)

• Knowledge in Drawing documentation and control (ECN- Engineering Change Note)

• Knowledge of Jigs and Fixture designing and fabrication.

• Prepare the process routing and documentation.
