Job Requirements
- Lead and supervise the team, providing technical guidance and performance management.
- Manage programs for specific products to meet customer requirements and expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and process reliability of components and assemblies.
- Oversee the successful realization of new product projects
- Maintain and enhance strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and process reliability of components and assemblies.
- Plan and execute activities to prepare the organization for production and ramp-up readiness
- Communicate and document engineering changes for assigned products
- Drive and communicate cost-reduction and lead-time improvement initiatives with customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and process reliability of components and assemblies.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks/projects as and when assigned.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent work accuracy and timeliness
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
