Job Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate current processes, including SCADA system operations, to support the company's digitalization goals.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential operational hazards.
• Research and develop optimized processes to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of processes.
• Plan and organize the structure and setup of operational activities.
• Implement new processes and procedures to improve performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with processes, procedures, and operations.
• Develop best practices and innovative solutions to improve throughput and quality.
• Manage cost and time constraints, and provide process documentation and operating instructions.

Job Requirement:

• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Preferable with process industry experience, either in process plant or chemical production
• Strong working knowledge of process related standards, Process Improvement and Safety Management
• Strong problem solving and analytical skill
