EngineeringKey Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with PLC\HMI\SCADA Automation Systems (example Siemens, Rockwell, etc)
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot PLC control systems including associated HMI/SCADA
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of batch processes
- Perform system testing, commissioning and validation activities
- Perform SDLC and GMP documentation changes related to control system change (e.g. Specification, SOP, project deliverables)
- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams
- Design, configure, and troubleshoot DeltaV control systems including batch
- Develop and maintain batch control strategies and recipes
- Experience with PLC Systems (example Siemens, Rockwell, etc)
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of batch processes
- Perform system testing, commissioning and validation activities
- Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
- Strong expertise and experience in PLC\HMI\SCADA systems (example Siemens, Rockwell, etc)
- Proven experience with automation in industrial environments
- System Integrator experience a plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong expertise in DeltaV programming and configuration including Batch
- Proven experience with batch process control and automation in industrial environments
- Familiarity with ISA-88 standards and batch control methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues
