Job Responsibilities:

• Work with the project managers, customer, vendors and support team and provide technical expertise on solutioning, deployment, upgrade and maintenance for network infrastructure projects.
• Assist in monitoring project schedule and communications with stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and successful implementation and acceptance.
• Provide quality oversight for processes and project deliverables and ensure compliance to prevailing security and governance requirements.
• Support the smooth transition of the implemented infrastructure from project implementation phase to operation & maintenance phase.
• Organise and participate in meetings with stakeholders and vendors.
• Organise and participate in project reviews and post-mortems.
• Provide relevant inputs for project reporting and updates.

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the Information Technology industry, preferably in one or more of and not limiting to the following areas:

o Configuring, monitoring, recovery, troubleshooting, diagnosis, system maintenance of IT infrastructures involving server, firewall, network equipment.

o System-level IT threat and risk assessment, network solution architecting, design, planning, implementation and validation.

o Familiar with operating systems such as Windows and UNIX systems.

• Have experience in in liaising with the user and managing vendor to define business requirements and deliver technical solution.
• Technical certification in networking (e.g. CCNA, CCNP) is preferred.
• Possess strong communication skills and analytical capability to resolve technical issues.
• A resourceful, proactive and independent team player.
