Job Responsibilities:
- Technical Lead & Planner: Develops project work scopes, plans, and manages resources while coordinating with stakeholders (Project Manager, OCS, Technical leads) for engineering and technical activities (offshore/onshore).
- Safety & Quality Champion: Ensures personnel well-being, asset protection, and project deliverables meet quality standards. Manages project materials, oversees scope completion (construction/repair/installation), and prepares documentation including QA/QC deliverables.
- Risk Management & Logistics: Participates in risk assessments (HAZID, HIRA, IPOP) and manages mobilization/demobilization and lift plans.
- Technical Expertise & Procurement: Reviews engineering reports, sources technical services and equipment, and manages procurement processes.
- Offshore Team Leader & Mentor: Leads and mentors project and trainee engineers offshore.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering mechanical/ civil or equivalent.
- PMP or Professional Engineer certification preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in offshore subsea construction/ Underwater contracting/ offshore installation of pipelines and structures and subsea/SURF operations preferred.
