Junior Support Technician ( $2.2k to $2.5k - can consider with 2 years' experience and paper qualification )

Location: Changi Airport

Work Schedule: 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities: ( Preferred ) - On the job training provided

• Provide end-user computing device (EUCD) support and troubleshooting

• Manage and deploy laptops and related hardware

• Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow

• Support Microsoft 365 applications and services

• Administer Microsoft Active Directory (AD)

• Provide support for Mac and Apple devices

• Ensure high-quality customer service and user satisfaction

• Adhere to ITIL best practices (preferred)

Requirements:

• Experience in EUCD support and deployment

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

• Hands-on experience with Mac and Apple product support

• Good communication and customer service skills

• ITIL certification or knowledge is an advantageCustomer Service Skills
