As the IT Technician, you'll be involved in installing of our devices, troubleshooting & training Store Assistants on our IT solution in Singapore Shopping malls

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist in the deployment and installation of AImazing's devices onsite.
• Responsible for the hardware and software installation of system and device.
• Responsible for the troubleshooting of the devices on site.
• Guide and advice users on simple, step-by-step instructions.
• Record technical issues and solutions in logs (if any)
• Perform other IT related duties when assigned.

(Training will be provided)

Requirements

• Ideal candidate possesses basic IT knowledge.
• Must commit Full-Time
• Basic communication skills.
• Basic experience but have a keen interest to kick start their career in the IT are welcome to apply!

Salary:
$2k - $3.5k (depending on experience)
