Job Description:

• Review, coordinate and generate subcontractor's M&E shop drawings as and when necessary.
• Liaise, coordinate and manage all M&E services with other trades on-site.
• Arrange for testing and commissioning of M&E systems including the handover of all replacement parts, warranties, operating manuals and maintenance tools and equipment.
• Contract administration of M&E sub-contractors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Able to produce M&E Coordination Drawing using AutoCAD
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
