Key Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models to optimize construction project timelines, resource planning, safety analysis, and cost management.
• BIM & Data Integration: Work closely with the Building Information Modelling (BIM) team to integrate AI tools with BIM platforms and other construction management systems.
• Predictive Analytics: Create predictive models to identify potential project risks, material requirements, and maintenance needs.
• Automation & Computer Vision: Implement AI solutions for automated progress monitoring, defect detection, and quality control using drones, cameras, or IoT sensors.
• Collaboration: Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Data Management: Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring high-quality datasets for AI/ML model training and evaluation.
• Research & Innovation: Explore emerging AI technologies relevant to construction and recommend innovative approaches for adoption.
• Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions comply with industry regulations, data security, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML solution development.
• Prior exposure to construction, civil engineering, or BIM technologies is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other ML frameworks.
• Knowledge of computer vision (OpenCV), natural language processing (NLP), and predictive modeling.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) for AI/ML deployment.
• Familiarity with construction management tools (Primavera, Navisworks, Revit) is a plus.

Other

• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards and data security regulations will be an added advantage.
