Our client is a key infrastructure provider in Singapore, delivering nationwide broadband connectivity through its comprehensive fibre network.

Job Description

• Provide technical support and administration for Windows Servers (2012-2022), Active Directory, Office 365, Red Hat Linux, and AWS cloud environments.
• Install, configure, monitor, and maintain operating systems, applications, and system management tools, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Perform regular system updates and security patches in collaboration with the Cybersecurity team to ensure system integrity.
• Manage IT tickets and coordinate with infrastructure teams for capacity planning, audits, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures while supporting continuous improvement of IT service delivery.

The Successful Applicant

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Possesses 5+ years of experience in system administration and cloud operations.
• Certified with AWS SysOps Administrator, Microsoft MCSE, and Red Hat RHCE (ITIL Foundation is a plus).
• Strong expertise in VMware, Windows Active Directory, ADFS, DNS, DHCP, Office 365, and basic database management.
• Independent, proactive, and able to handle after-hours maintenance or standby duties when required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with a good command of English (written and spoken).
