On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer (Electrician) to join our property and facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in maintaining either hotel or high-end residential properties.

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), air-conditioning, and building systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to M&E systems, including HVAC, lighting, water supply, pumps, fire safety equipment, etc.

Liaise with external vendors and contractors when needed, and supervise works to ensure quality standards are met.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience in hospitality (hotels/resorts) and/or luxury residential developments in Singapore.

Valid Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) or equivalent electrician licence in Singapore is preferred.
