Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager, Information Technology to lead and drive our cloud partnerships, automation, and infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing strategic alliances with cloud providers and a deep technical understanding of cloud platforms and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture strategic partnerships with public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Lead partner enablement activities and align joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies
• Oversee partner portal reporting, benefits tracking, and funding claims
• Support marketing efforts, case studies, and events leveraging cloud partner recognition
• Develop and maintain dashboards for partner earnings and opportunity tracking
• Drive process and infrastructure automation using industry-standard tools
• Optimize deployment pipelines and ensure best practices for scalability, performance, and security
• Oversee cloud-native and hybrid cloud deployments
• Collaborate with internal teams to align IT strategy with business goals

Required Skills & Experience

Professional Experience

• Minimum 8 years of working experience in the IT domain
• At least 8 years managing cloud vendor/partner relationships
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Cloud and Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of cloud platforms and architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience with partner dashboards and GTM execution
• Proficiency in cloud tools like Amazon Q, AWS Bedrock, and PowerBI
• Skilled in automation tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jira)
• Linux/Unix system expertise and scripting (Python, Perl, Shell)
• Experience with data processing pipelines and microservices architecture
• Knowledge of databases (MySQL, MongoDB preferred)
• Familiarity with cloud cost management and FinOps practices

Soft Skills

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience creating innovative partnership models and marketing strategies
• Results-oriented with strong reporting and performance analysis capabilities

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience in AI/ML tools or data analytics
