Responsibilities:

• Understanding and implementing the company's HSE policies, project-specific HSE requirements, and procedures.
• Inspecting work areas and practices to identify and correct unsafe conditions and practices.
• Reporting and intervening when observing unsafe working conditions or practices.
• Promptly reporting any reportable incidents to the Project HSSE Manager and related stakeholders.
• Monitoring and improving the condition of subcontractor machinery and equipment.
• Enhancing safety awareness through safety training, drills, and courses.
• Leading incident investigations, root cause analysis, and recommending solutions.
• Ensuring closure of outstanding findings and non-conformance issues.
• Focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Achieving and reporting project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Promoting safety and health awareness among employees and project personnel.
• Establishing and maintaining emergency response plans.
• Compiling safety and health records and reports for the company sites.
• Organizing HSE campaigns and audit programs.
• Conducting surveillance audits.
• Assessing the relevance of technologies for HSE.

Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma in HSE or relevant discipline
