Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Civil/Site Engineer to join their growing team. This role is key in ensuring smooth on-site operations, effective coordination with stakeholders and timely project delivery within scope and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Project Director to oversee day-to-day site activities
• Ensure all construction works progress according to project schedule, budget and quality standards
• Review and verify material and equipment requisitions to meet project specifications
• Manage all site correspondence and documentation with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors
• Supervise site operations, including monitoring subcontractor performance and workforce coordination
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and authorities through clear communication and collaboration
• Lead site meetings with internal teams to address and resolve construction challenges
• Ensure full compliance with design specifications and regulatory requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues encountered on-site
• Coordinate design submissions and monitor timelines for as-built drawings and documentation
• Attend weekly internal progress meetings and provide updates to management
• Adhoc duties when assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent preferably accredited by Building and Construction Authority (BCA)
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing residential construction projects
• Solid understanding of project management processes
• Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD and Excel
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
