Responsibilities:

• Support & responsible for the Day to Day Operation to ensure SPTel's existing Facilities and systems are in good and working condition
• Responsible for the maintenance of building facilities services like electrical, mechanical, and facilities equipment
• Responsible for minor work repair and rectification to building and equipment and defect rectification works.
• Responsible for conducting regular preventive maintenance programs for building equipment and services.
• Work with contractors and vendors to carry out schedules and supervise work on-premises to ensure quality repairs.
• To provision engineering services on weekends, public holidays, or extended hours (if required)
• To standby 24 hours on duty roster
• Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time, where applicable.

Role Requirements:

• Diploma / ITE in Engineering or related field with minimum 1-2 years of experience in network facilities management or Data Centre facility management. Fresh graduates to welcome to apply.
• Good team player with a positive and good work attitude is a Must.
• Proficient in MS excel and word.
• Good or some basic understanding of facility M&E Systems
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear and concise manner.
• Able to work independently at site.
