- Customer support on the technical aspects to customers.
- Provide the information on the products, prices, and prepare the quotations as per customer specs.
- Prepare on tender, lead a presentation, and demonstration on the equipment.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by establishing a good rapport and trust with customers.
- Seek out new business opportunities as per sales plan, as well as plan the sales quota (monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis)
- Ability to work independently with product team to formulate proposal & solution to meet customer’s requirement.
- Liaise with customers from ASEAN, APAC regions.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any Engineering disciplines.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing equipment sales & marketing.
- Must have semiconductor experiences.
- Possess excellent networking and interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
- Independent player and strong team player with integrity/commitment.
- Able to travel to ASEAN / APAC regions.
- Possess a Class 3 license is preferred.
