Responsibilities

• Support to manage and supervise daily STQ activities such as yield and defects monitoring, incoming inspection and substrate evaluations.
• Develop good communication skills and coordinate with substrate's window person for any quality and evaluation feedbacks.
• Coordinate with production team for all substrate’s evaluations and quality feedbacks.
• Coordinate with warehouse in substrate incoming and clear inspection.
• Monitor media yield by substrate lot and trigger for FA if necessary.
• Develop a strong recognition for substrate defects.
• Support and manage substrate yield improvement activities.
• Publish and review evaluation results.
• Ensure compliance to ISO quality and safety standards
• Any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in any engineering discipline
• Preferably with at least 3-5 years work experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
