Job Scope:

• Familiarize yourself with the project goals, objectives, and specifications.
• Gain a clear understanding of the project timeline and milestones.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Keep project records organized and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and modify design plans.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create and update technical drawings
• Participate in site visits to gain practical insights into project requirements.
• Support field engineers in data collection, inspections, and problem-solving.
• Communicate regularly with team members to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Assist in coordinating project activities and tasks.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies.
• Conduct research to support engineering decisions and solutions.
• Support testing procedures and assist in analyzing results.
• Contribute to the identification and resolution of technical issues.
• Assist in ensuring that project work meets quality standards and specifications.
• Participate in quality control processes as required.
• Prepare regular progress reports for project managers and senior engineers.
• Highlight any challenges, risks, or deviations from the project plan.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations during project execution.
• Promote a culture of safety within the engineering team.
• Participate in project meetings, providing updates on your tasks and raising any concerns.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and attend relevant training sessions.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, E&E and equivalent engineering studies
• Entry level is welcome as training will be given
