- Staff benefits administration (Insurance, medical claims, training and grants)

- Policy & SOP Drafting (handbook, disciplinary, grievance handling)
- Employee relations & conflict management
- Performance appraisals & KPI System support
- Manpower planning & succession planning
- Training needs analysis & subsidy applications (SSG, WSQ, etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource/Payroll Administration Management or relevant qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations and statutory requirements (e.g. CPF, IRAS).
- People oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active self starter, meticulous and able to handle confidential information
- I.T. savvy and proficient in WhyzeHR and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Great team player, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced industry with minimal supervision
