1. Administrative 

  • Recruitment coordination (posting jobs, scheduling interviews)
  • Employee records & MOM compliance
  • Work pass applications & renewals (EP, S Pass, WP)
  • Preparation of employment letters & contracts
  • Leave, attendance & claims tracking
  • General HR administration

2. Payroll 

  • Full-cycle payroll processing (Monthly salary, CPF, IRAS Submissions) 
  • Statutory compliance (SDL, SHG, NS Claims, childcare leave grants) 
  • Staff benefits administration (Insurance, medical claims, training and grants) 

3. Optional 

  • Policy & SOP Drafting (handbook, disciplinary, grievance handling) 
  • Employee relations & conflict management
  • Performance appraisals & KPI System support
  • Manpower planning & succession planning
  • Training needs analysis & subsidy applications (SSG, WSQ, etc.)

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource/Payroll Administration Management or relevant qualifications
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR and administrative experience preferred. 
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations and statutory requirements (e.g. CPF, IRAS).
  • People oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pro-active self starter, meticulous and able to handle confidential information
  • I.T. savvy and proficient in WhyzeHR and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Great team player, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced industry with minimal supervision
