Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Training Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the training programs within our organization. This role includes assessing training needs, developing training materials and programs, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating their effectiveness. The Training Executive will play an integral role in the professional development of our employees, ensuring that they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to contribute to our company's success.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals, and consultation with department managers.
  • Design and implement training programs that are aligned with the company's objectives and ensure legal compliance.
  • Oversee the creation and preparation of educational materials, such as visual aids, handouts, and evaluation forms.
  • Administer training programs through various methods including workshops, seminars, webinars, and online courses.
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, such as venues, equipment, and attendee lists.
  • Regularly evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and assessment, modifying programs as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training trends, developments, and best practices.
  • Ensure that training expenditures remain within budget.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external training suppliers and consultants.
  • Provide regular reports to management about training progress and outcomes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Executive, Training Coordinator, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and modern training methods (including workshops, simulations, e-learning and coaching).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
  • Good computer and database skills.
  • Advanced Certification in Learning and Performance or Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) is essential.
