About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct soft skills training based on provided curriculum such as Digital Workplace Courses
• Engage participants through interactive and impactful delivery methods
• Provide feedback to participants to foster their professional growth
• Ensure training sessions meet high standards of quality and effectiveness

Requirements:

• ACTA/ACLP Certification (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment or equivalent)
• Proven experience in conducting soft skills training
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt training content to diverse audiences
