Job Overview

We are seeking a committed and experienced Adult Educator (AE) to deliver and assess structured, high-quality training programmes for our industry clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain expertise, excellent communication skills, and a recognized WSQ Adult Educator qualification (ACTA or ACLP).

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured and engaging training sessions aligned with industry standards and trends.
• Facilitate learning through practical examples, interactive discussions, and adult learning methodologies.
• Assess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, and other evaluation tools in accordance with SSG requirements.
• Provide timely feedback and academic support to learners to enhance their learning outcomes.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and professional classroom environment.
• Stay current with developments in your field to ensure relevant and up-to-date course content.

Requirements

• A Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, and / or PhD Candidates in relevant fields.
• Possess ACTA or ACLP certification (or currently undergoing ACLP may be considered on a case-by-case basis).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience in the subject area.
• Strong working knowledge and practical experience in the relevant subject area.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Prior teaching, training, or facilitation experience is preferred.
• WSQ DACE/DDDLP certification is advantageous but not mandatory for delivery only roles.
• Recent graduates with strong subject mastery are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• At least 1 weekday evening per week, from 19:00 to 22:00
• A fixed day will be scheduled based on trainer availability and course needs
• Occasional weekend sessions may be arranged based on course demand (optional and by mutual agreement)

• Our training centre is conveniently located within a 5-minute walk from Jurong East MRT Station.
