Partnering with an internationally renowned biotechnological enterprise of 33-years in integrating enhanced research and development, production, sales and service of high-tech ecological green fast moving consumer healthcare products for millions of consumers. Currently headquartering in Singapore, and as part of business expansion plan the company is seeking for an experienced dynamic Product Trainer.

The ideal candidate should possess passion for healthcare products, coupled with expertise in delivering effective training programs. As the company key Trainer, you will be instrumental in enhancing the trainee's product knowledge through targeted training initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and conduct classroom sessions for product and sales training.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
• Innovate and update training curriculum to align with industry best practices.
• Implement quality assurance measures to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaborate with trainers from China and translate existing teaching materials
• Support in any ad-hoc company initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Preferably Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or equivalent related qualification. Ideally in Business/ TCM/ Healthcare/ Biotechnology/ Marketing/ Lifesciences.
• Additional certifications or qualifications related to training and education are a plus.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effectively bilingual to do translation and manage stakeholders
• Flexible approach to training methodologies, accommodating different learning styles.
• Product knowledge training provided to shortlisted trainers to ensure competency.
