We are looking for an energetic and inspiring Youth Leadership Trainer to join our team.

You will design and deliver engaging, activity-based programmes that help youths develop leadership, communication, and life skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun and impactful workshops to youth aged 10-18
• Facilitate group activities that build confidence, teamwork, and communication skills
• Co-develop training content and lesson plans
• Support junior trainers and provide feedback on facilitation
• Assist with training logistics, setup, and programme admin
• Use social media platforms to engage youth and promote programme messages

Requirements

• Experience in training, teaching, facilitation, or enrichment programmes (formal or informal)
• Able to speak confidently and engage youth in group settings
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to feedback
• Basic knowledge of Singapore's education system (MOE/CCA experience is a plus)
• Comfortable using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and Google Suite
• Able to work some weekends or school holidays during programme periods

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
• Fresh graduates with strong leadership experience in CCAs or camps are welcome to apply
