Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the review, design, development, implementation, assessment and evaluation of both WSQ curriculum and instructional materials.
• Able to map the curriculum to the various skills framework
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop course content
• Conduct feedback reviews with internal and external stakeholders to evaluate effectiveness of the curriculum and instructional materials, and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

• Qualified curriculum developer with ACTA/ACLP/DDDLP trainer certification to conduct WSQ funded courses
• Experience in WSQ curriculum review, design, development and successful accreditation in SSG
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Data analysis skills to inform and improve training outcome
