Job Description:

• You will supervise and provide leadership and be responsible for the overall operations of the centre to ensure Kcare activities complement the MOE kindergarten programme.
• Plan and implement the weekly schedule and programme(s) for the children in the Kcare and ensure that curriculum is delivered based on (MOE) Ministry of Education guidelines.
• Plan and manage the staff scheduling, to ensure ratio of staff (Including programme stuff and support staff) to child is maintained at all times, including transition periods.
• You are required to inform MOE kindergarten of all activities in a timely manner and ensure Kcare Activities complement with the MOE kindergarten programme.
• Be a mentor as well as a team player.
• Build strong partnerships and rapport with students, parents, school personnel and relevant parties.
• Plan outreach programmes and excursions for the children during the school holidays.

Requirements:

• Must possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Registered under ECDA and attained L2 certification.
• At least 2 year(s) of supervisory experience in a preschool setting.
• Strong communication skills and leadership qualities.
• Dedicated to the running of the operation.
