• Design and implement curriculum and initiatives in alignment with center’s framework
• Establish suitable learning environments with appropriate materials, guided by leadership directives
• Record and track children's progress and achievements
• Employ strategies to foster positive and responsive relationships with infants and toddlers
• Adhere to health, safety, nutritional, and hygiene protocols as per established standards
• Deliver age-appropriate activities within the infant care context
• Assist in caregiving assessments under the supervision of the Senior Infant Educator
• Deliver routine caregiving practices according to established standards
• Offer insights for refining caregiving practices based on observations

• Minimum Qualifications
  • Higher Certificate in Infant Care (HCIC) or Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) as required by ECDA
