Job Overview:

As a Special Needs Educator Aide at our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of students with special needs. Working closely with educators and other professionals, you will provide assistance and support in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist educators in implementing lesson plans and instructional materials, adapting them as necessary to meet the individual needs of students with special needs.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, reinforcing concepts and facilitating their participation in classroom activities.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement, motivation, and social-emotional development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Nitec or above in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related field.
