Centre Operations Management
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the centre, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and organisational standards. -
Enrolment Management
Drive enrolment efforts and meet targeted enrolment numbers through effective outreach and engagement strategies. -
Curriculum Development
Support and contribute to the development, refinement, and implementation of the school’s curriculum to enhance learning outcomes. -
Financial Oversight
Manage the centre’s budgets and financial expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with financial goals. -
Strategic Growth and Planning
Develop and execute strategies to maximise centre capacity, improve operational efficiency, and increase overall revenue. -
Staff Leadership and Development
Lead, motivate, and guide staff to achieve high performance and professional growth. -
Quality Teaching Assurance
Monitor and assess teaching quality to ensure that educational standards are met and continually improved. -
Training and Development
Identify training needs and develop a structured training roadmap to support the professional development of teachers and staff. -
Parent Engagement
Build strong relationships with parents and actively engage them to deliver the best possible educational experience for children.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must possess Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPE-L)

Degree in Early Childhood Education will be an advantage

Minimum 3 years supervisory and leadership experience in childcare setting

Proficient in Microsoft Office
