Role Purpose

The Enrolment & Outreach Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective families. Your primary mission is to generate interest in our centre, nurture leads across various communication channels, and schedule high-quality centre tours that result in successful student registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively identify and reach out to prospective parents through community engagement, digital inquiries, and local roadshows.
• Inquiry Management: Respond promptly and warmly to all inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Tour Coordination: Schedule and coordinate centre visits, ensuring the principal or relevant staff are prepared to host.
• Relationship Building: Follow up with parents after tours to address concerns, provide additional information, and gently guide them toward enrolment.
• Market Awareness: Stay updated on ECDA regulations and local competitors to effectively communicate our centre's Unique Selling Points (USPs).

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in ECCE or above
• Communication: Exceptional command of English & Chinese (spoken).
• Personality: High energy, empathetic, and persuasive. You should enjoy meeting new people and building rapport quickly.
• Experience: Previous experience in Preschool/Childcare preferably as Senior Teacher or above
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, social media platforms, and basic Excel/CRM tools.
