Responsibilities

Design learning and development plans that align organizational capabilities with business needs and strategic objectives
Execute learning and development programs and channels to build targeted employee skills and competencies
Leverage emerging learning technologies and channels to enhance program delivery and engagement
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop future skills maps for various roles, ensuring workforce readiness
Source and implement group-wide executive education programs for senior management, including certifications and strategic partnerships
Track, analyze, and report training metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact and return on investment of learning initiatives
Manage training initiatives and timelines through effective project management practices
Interpret training data to inform data-driven decisions that optimize learning outcomes
Foster positive working relationships and collaborate across teams to support organizational learning goals

Required competencies and certifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a learning specialist, training coordinator, or similar role in corporate learning and development

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient execution of training programs
Analytical mindset to interpret training data and support continuous improvement
Excellent team collaboration skills to establish positive working relationships across organizational levels
