Responsibilities
  • Design learning and development plans that align organizational capabilities with business needs and strategic objectives
  • Execute learning and development programs and channels to build targeted employee skills and competencies
  • Leverage emerging learning technologies and channels to enhance program delivery and engagement
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop future skills maps for various roles, ensuring workforce readiness
  • Source and implement group-wide executive education programs for senior management, including certifications and strategic partnerships
  • Track, analyze, and report training metrics and KPIs to evaluate the impact and return on investment of learning initiatives
  • Manage training initiatives and timelines through effective project management practices
  • Interpret training data to inform data-driven decisions that optimize learning outcomes
  • Foster positive working relationships and collaborate across teams to support organizational learning goals

Required competencies and certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a learning specialist, training coordinator, or similar role in corporate learning and development

Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient execution of training programs
  • Analytical mindset to interpret training data and support continuous improvement
  • Excellent team collaboration skills to establish positive working relationships across organizational levels
