Job Responsibilities（岗位职责）

• Responsible for the daily operation and management of the kindergarten, optimizing resource allocation. This includes creating a safe, secure, and inspiring environment, and ensuring compliance with the operational licensing requirements of Singapore's Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA).

• Develop the kindergarten's enrollment marketing strategies, maintain a stable student enrollment rate, help maximize the utilization of the kindergarten's enrollment capacity, enhance the effectiveness of professional communication between teachers and parents, and effectively improve parent satisfaction.

• Lead teachers in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality early childhood courses to ensure the course quality meets the developmental needs of young children.

• Ensure that employees comply with the policies, processes, and standards of the early childhood education institution at all times, covering aspects such as health and safety, hygiene, inclusive education, and information confidentiality.

• Properly manage student records in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education (MOE), strictly control the teacher-student ratio; serve as a head teacher when necessary to ensure the teacher-student ratio meets the specified standards.

Job Requirements（任职要求）

• Possess at least 5 years of working experience in early childhood education institutions, with a minimum of 2 years serving as a kindergarten principal.

• Must hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education issued by an accredited institution, and at the same time possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (Leadership) or an equivalent qualification.

• Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to communicate effectively with personnel at all levels in the kindergarten.

• Demonstrate a proactive work attitude and have a good sense of teamwork.

• Be fluent in both English and Mandarin communication
