Education / TrainingFoodMax is looking for a passionate Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to support our fast-growing retail, warehouse, and corporate workforce. This role will focus on training coordination, onboarding, skills development, and learning operations, working closely with HR, Operations, and business leaders. Fresh graduates with strong interest in HR, training, or people development are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding & Training Operations
- Coordinate onboarding programs for office, retail, and warehouse staff, including training schedules, materials, and logistics
- Support end-to-end onboarding process to ensure smooth employee integration
- Liaise with internal trainers, HR, warehouse, and operations teams to align training execution
2. Learning Program Development & Support
- Assist in designing, updating, and maintaining training materials (slides, SOPs, manuals, videos)
- Support rollout of functional training such as operations SOPs, safety, service standards, and system training
- Track training attendance, completion, and effectiveness
3. Learning Administration & Reporting
- Maintain training records, certifications, and learning data in HR systems
- Prepare basic training reports and dashboards (attendance, completion rate, training hours)
- Support audit or compliance-related training documentation
4. Stakeholder & Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with HR, Operations, Sales, and Warehouse teams to identify training needs
- Support trainers and managers in organizing refresher training or ad-hoc learning sessions
- Act as a point of contact for training-related enquiries
5. Continuous Improvement
- Collect feedback from participants and trainers to improve training programs
- Stay updated on basic L&D best practices and propose simple improvements suitable for FoodMax's operational environment
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internships or project experience is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, L&D, training coordination, or operations training is an advantage
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (spoken and written English; Mandarin is an advantage for operational training)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Positive attitude with strong learning mindset
- Able to work in a fast-paced and operational environment
- Willing to support training at different locations when required
