Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Trainer todeliver high-quality training to internal teams, partners, and end-users. The ideal candidate will have a strongfoundation in IT systems and applications, a passion for teaching, andpreferably hold the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance(ACLP). This role involvesboth instructional delivery and content development across a range oftechnologies, with a focus on Microsoft courses and otherrelevant IT courses.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver instructor-ledand virtual classroom training on Microsoft technologies (e.g., Microsoft 365,Azure, Power Platform, Copilot, Sharepoint) and other IT system as required.

Work closely with key vendors to ensure training contentis accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business needs.

Provide quality and technically relevant instruction,assessment, and feedback in both lecture and hands-on lab environments.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive course syllabus,ensuring all learning objectives are clearly defined and met.

Design, update, and maintain all instructional coursematerials, including manuals, presentations, and training content.

Utilize modern training technologies such as videoconferencing, distance learning platforms, and Learning Management Systems(LMS).

Conduct training needs analysis to identify skillgaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.

Demonstrate a strong desire to excel in bothtraining delivery and IT consulting.

Stay current with industry trends, emergingtechnologies, and best practices in IT and adult learning.

Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and implementimprovements based on feedback and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, ComputerScience, or a related field.

Proven experience as an IT Trainer, Technical Instructor, orsimilar role.

Strong knowledge of enterprise software, productivity tools,and IT systems.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentationskills.

Familiarity with adult learning principles andinstructional design methodologies.

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) Advanced Certificate inLearning and Performance (ACLP) and other vendor certifications are a plus.

Experience with e-learning tools and Learning ManagementSystems (LMS) is an advantage.
