Working Hours
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Experience
  • Minimum of three years' experience in conducting similar ICT-related programmes in Singapore primary schools.
  • Diploma in Infocomm and Technology, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related programme.
  • Must be registered with the Ministry of Education

Key Roles
  • The ICT Trainer shall work closely with the Head of Department (HOD) for ICT to design and implement an ICT training programme for Primary 1 to Primary 6 pupils, aligned with MOE Digital Literacy skills. Interested vendors shall submit a sample ICT plan and/or lesson plan from previous school engagements as part of their proposal. Experience with the Student Learning Space (SLS) will be considered an advantage.
  • The ICT Trainer shall collaborate with HODs from various departments and subject-level representatives to manage the ICT Training Programme and coordinate training schedules.
  • The ICT Trainer shall assist in other ICT-related tasks, including facilitating and preparing students for ICT competitions during non-coaching hours.
  • The ICT Trainer shall develop teaching content and resources during non-coaching hours to enhance the learning experience.
  • The ICT Trainer shall assist in refreshing and updating the school's website content. Basic to intermediate HTML knowledge will be considered an added advantage.
  • The ICT Trainer shall plan and conduct simple coding lessons for Primary 3 to Primary 6 students in the ICT Club, incorporating Social Emotional Learning (SEL) skills. The final projects will be featured on the school website and integrated into school activities.
  • The ICT Trainer shall assist the school in designing and creating digital media, such as graphic posters and videos, for school events during non-coaching hours. The candidate shall submit samples of their digital art portfolio as part of their proposal.
  • The ICT Trainer shall manage photography and videography for school events and classroom observations. Proficiency in photo/video editing software and experience in handling photography equipment are required.
