About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full-Time Trainer with extensive experience in the Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, or Logistics industries. The ideal candidate will deliver and manage comprehensive training programs across these sectors with a strong emphasis on workplace safety and health standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions and competency demonstrations for Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, and Logistics courses
• Ensure all training complies with industry regulations and safety standards
• Develop and update training materials, course content, and assessments
• Mentor and coach trainees to achieve competency in their respective fields
• Adhere strictly to the Code of Ethics for Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Trainers
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs and customize courses accordingly
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and certification
• Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous learning among trainees

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in competency demonstration within the specified industries
• Full ACTA certification required
• Possession of Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) or Specialist Diploma for WSH
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in handling Construction, Shipyard, Oil & Petrochemical, Manufacturing, and Logistics courses
• Strong understanding of the WSH Code of Ethics and commitment to ethical training practices
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage learners effectively and facilitate practical competency demonstrations
• Immediate availability to start

• Ability to adapt training approaches to diverse learning styles
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proactive in updating skills and knowledge on industry trends and safety regulations
