Requirements:
- Conduct induction, On-the-Job Training (OJT), and refresher courses for Health Attendants, Mortuary Attendants, and EMTs.
- Develop and update training materials based on hospital service standards and SOPs.
- Deliver practical training on hygiene, infection control, patient handling, and emergency response.
- Assess staff competency and provide performance feedback.
- Maintain accurate training records and coordinate with HR for certification tracking.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote workplace safety awareness.
Requirements:
- Certificate / Diploma in Nursing, Allied Health, Training & Development, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience conducting healthcare-related or operational training.
- Familiar with infection control practices and hospital environment protocols.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- ACTA / ACLP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
