WSQ Course Trainer (Engineering Focus)

Conduct course in accordance to the lesson plans as per framework
Engage learners by refining course syllabus, delivery approaches and materials to stimulate learner's interest
Coach/mentor our learners based on their individual needs
Conduct assessments to measure learning effectiveness in accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) regulations

Requirements:

Relevant experience work experience in the engineering domain
Able to learn new skills
Possess Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advance Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)
Minimum 3 year of experience in delivering professional training and assessment of WSQ programmes
Excellent communication, presentation and public speaking skill
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Able to work flexible hours, including weekday daytime, evenings, and/or weekends
