Contract Duration:

Working Hours:

• Monday - Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break)
• Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (inclusive of 0.5 hr lunch break)
• Off days: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

cope of Services:

The Services required are as follows:

1. Plan and conduct ICT-related training for staff and students
   Design and deliver ICT baseline training for students (Primary 1-6).
   Assess students' ICT skill attainment.
   Conduct ICT training for staff on trending and school-subscribed EdTech tools.
2. Execute in-house ICT-related design and editing work
   Conceptualise, design, and execute school-assigned creative projects following current design trends.
   Sample projects include:
   Corporate branding and visual identity
   Marketing/publicity materials (brochures, flyers, posters, bookmarks, postcards, banners)
   School collaterals (pupil diary, calendars, camp-shirts)
   Photo and video editing
3. Provide ICT & AVA support for school events and programmes
   Support ICT department operations.
   Provide AVA assistance, including sound mixing, photography, and videography during school events.
4. Assist in management and maintenance of ICT & AVA equipment and resources
   Support HOD/ICT in managing ICT & AVA equipment, including replacement, condemnation, and loaning processes.
5. Assist in administration of school-based ICT systems
   Manage and administer various school ICT systems, such as:
   Digital signage
   Timetabling software
   OAS scanning system
   Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) booking system
6. Other Tasks
   Proactively monitor market trends and new technology tools to support teaching and learning.
   Educate and update staff on relevant emerging technologies.
   Be prepared to work beyond standard hours when required (time off will be provided for extended service).

Qualification, Skills & Experience of Personnel:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant education in IT, Multimedia, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications such as A+, CCNA, ACE, ACI, or MCSE are advantageous.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, iPad applications, and AI-based tools.
• Skilled in photo/video editing, animation, graphic design, and web development.
• Working knowledge of programming languages (C++, Java, XHTML).
• Familiarity with EdTech tools like Classpoint, Canva, Thinglink, etc.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of experience conducting ICT training for students (preferably in a primary school environment).
