Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (1-hour lunch included)
- Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch included)
- Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays: Off
Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Planning
- Assist in school ICT projects, preparing documentation and guidelines, and providing project updates.
- Support implementation of ICT programs while ensuring compliance with MOE policies and guidelines.
- Assist with ICT inventory and asset management.
- Supervise and coordinate tasks with other ICT personnel and vendors.
- Help plan structured ICT training programs for staff and students.
- Support monitoring of ICT-related programs and activities.
2. Administrative Support
- Assist in design and maintenance of the school website (ISOMER).
- Design posters and collaterals for school events.
- Manage photography and videography needs, including pre- and post-production.
- Compile students' ICT works for showcase and archival purposes.
- Conduct online surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of ICT courses and resources.
- Assist in setting up e-Oral and e-Listening Comprehension examinations.
3. Support in Teaching and Learning
- Assist teachers in integrating ICT tools into lessons.
- Help drive an e-learning ICT culture to expand teaching and learning.
- Assist in the implementation of e-learning activities.
4. Management of Resources
- Support management of ICT equipment, including replacement, condemnation, and loaning.
- Assist in managing and optimizing Learning Management System (LMS) tools and resources.
5. Training
- Plan and conduct baseline ICT training for students.
- Train students on ICT tools and e-learning platforms.
- Assist ICT Manager/Associate in training teachers on ICT and AV equipment.
- Review and improve training programs for students and teachers.
- Plan and conduct CCA training as needed.
- Prepare students for ICT-related competitions (e.g., National Robotic Competition).
Qualification, Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum diploma in multimedia, design, computer studies, or related IT field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in MOE schools.
- Proficient in:
Office Suite: Microsoft 365 Suite, Google Office Suite (Google Classroom, GSUITE Admin)
Adobe Media Editing: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, etc.
Apple Media Editing: iMovie, Final Cut Pro, GarageBand, Logic Pro, Motion
Design Software: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva - At least 1 year of teaching experience using Student Learning Space (SLS).
