We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Learning & Development (L&D) team. This is an opportunity to kickstart your career in L&D, where you will gain hands-on experience in managing training programs, supporting learning systems, and engaging employees in their development journey. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and gradually take on more responsibilities as you grow in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

As part of your learning journey, you will be guided to:

• Assist in organizing and setting up training sessions (both physical and virtual), including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
• Support internal communications to promote learning programs and encourage participation.
• Help employees with course registrations, cancellations, and general inquiries about learning offerings.
• Learn to process invoices and support documentation for training-related purchases.
• Coordinate with external vendors to schedule training sessions and manage logistics.
• Track training attendance and gather feedback from participants.
• Monitor learning metrics and assist in preparing monthly reports.
• Support internal audits by preparing documentation and reports.
• Collaborate with the L&D Manager and HR team to analyze training effectiveness and suggest improvements.
