Sales Manager
  • Manage, guide and coach team of account executives to ensure team is achieving their monthly sales quota.
  • Overall responsibility of team management (hiring, mentoring and training of new members, performance management, career progression).
  • Lead and drive the team for new business acquisition as well as account management.
  • Explore and identify opportunities for Kariera Group products across APAC region grow revenue outside Singapore as well.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and tracking within CRM.
  • Ensure proper account servicing standards are provided for existing clients.
  • Ensure consolidation of client feedback and participate in product strategy.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidates with prior experience in media, online or recruitment related sales will be an advantage.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a team of 4 to 6 members.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, ability to think out of the box.
  • Proven track record in meeting team quotas or sales targets.
