Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
- Provide design support for retail business, proficient in using design software such as Sunvega and CAD.
- Design proposals, renderings, and order placements based on customer needs to ensure implementation.
- Follow up on orders after placement, ensuring smooth and timely production and delivery.
- Seek and engage potential customers, providing professional product and design explanations.
- Coordinate design needs between headquarters and manufacturing factory, ensuring design solutions meet the requirements and standards of customers.
- Stay updated on market trends, optimize product displays, and enhance customer satisfaction and experience.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or above in Interior Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
- Experience: Preferably have 3 years experience in retail design, preferably with experience in the home furnishing industry and order follow-up.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Sunvega, CAD, and other design tools, familiar with internal order processes.
- Language: Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Other Requirements: Strong service awareness, teamwork, and communication skills; able to handle multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
